Above: 2008 Feb 29 Bristol Chouettes: I am team Captain playing ORANGE: I narrowly avoid being doubled myself, in this game when suddenly I slip a cheeky one (an initial double to 2) in ! (one team member follows me in, another waits)
I'm down 8 pips, but my opponent sees many numbers that hit; 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6.... and he drops ! (52% error or blunder x5) - Download SWE file. A 3ply evaluation hates my cube, but the rollout starts thinking my way.

Above : 2008 Mar 02 Chouettes: I was playing in the box as Orange, have just been hit with a double 2. My 2 lucky opponents redouble to 4 (which is a double blunder -0.265!), but what's even worse than the poor redouble is that I even dropped one of the 2 cubes ! (-0.534).
Obviously, my mistake is not that bad; I was simply hedging. I was always taking one of the cubes, so I took the Captain's. Anyway, I lost.

Above : 10th April 2008 : Bristol, GP Open Tournament, 2nd round : A strong recube to 4 by myself playing as orange unexpectedly  gets taken, turned around, and only saved because of a last chance 6,6 that orange throws to win.
It is, if anything, Too Good too double; but only just, making it a huge quintuple blunder to take. I regret not playing on for the 31% gammons on a 2 cube... even if I did win it the hard way !
